so is it ok to copy a zentangle from here for an abstract art piece

Well I think it depends. I don’t really mind people copying some patterns from my works, but I would mind if someone copied my work exactly as I did it and take credit for it. I don’t think there’s any problem with extracting patterns from other artists though.
